Daniel Gormley

Daniel started his legal career in 2008, pursuing a lifelong ambition to practice law in the armed forces.

Injury meant that this ambition was cut short, leading Daniel to divert his practice toward risk management and entrepreneurship, and ultimately into a hybrid world of commercial law and private prosecution.

Professionally qualified since 2011, Daniel has a broad range of skills and expertise in law, finance, and commercial management, demonstrating his flair for entrepreneurship by founding, growing, and exiting several businesses with multi-million turnovers, impressive client lists, and sound profitability.

Daniel now spends much of his time as a fractional general counsel or adviser for small and medium businesses in the service and risk management sectors, based at our Winchester office.

With a love of the sea, Daniel takes every opportunity to go sailing with friends and family, while maintaining his love of music, playing both violin and piano, and venturing around the south coast with his dogs, Toby and Pepper.
